Frizzy hair is a very common problem that happens in women as well as men. The basic and most natural question is that "What causes frizz to happen?" Fundamentally it is the texture of hairs that sometimes allow frizz and some people are just born with such type of hairs. There are lots of other reasons as well.

? Too much dryness of hair whether due to excess wash; or

? Too much use of hair products; or

? Extra use of dryer

Whatever will be the reason of frizzy hair, the problems are the same, not manageable and not presentable hair. There are several types of hair that I will discuss in some later article, but the main point is that you have to deal the frizz as per your type of hair because the cause of frizzy hair differs from type to type. For now, I am suggesting some general guides on this issue:

1. The first thing is that keep moisturizing your hairs. Fizz usually happens when your hairs keep dry for a long time. The best thing is a continuous use of oil. Use coconut oil almost every alternate day for your hairs and please don't apply oil in dirty hairs. Several women, I know, use oil 2 hours before bathing and several experts suggest that too. But honestly just tell me when your hairs get too shabby enough that they need to be washed after 2 hours. What good will is oil served at that time? As it can hardly reach the real surface your hairs continue to be hidden under dirt and shabbiness. So I suggest, especially for winter. Use a light use of oil just after morning bath. Apply it light enough that your hairs don't look like oily but the dryness will be gone. You understand what I want to say. Use oil as a toner or hair cream. And trust me it will protect and nourish your hairs better than either of them.

2. As the shampoo is made primarily for washing purpose, it will be wise to use separate conditioner especially with extra moisture.

3. Don't use too much dryer, just leave your hair after washing and let them dry naturally. (I know it will be time consuming, but you can't get any thing without spending time on it)

4. One of my friends told me that she applied "Vinegar" in her frizzy hair and it helped her up to great extent. The method is simple. Use 1/3 Apple Cider Vinegar ( you can use white one as well, only that apple cider is more strong and obviously help more) and mix it with 2/3 warm water and massage on your hairs and hair root just after shampooing. Leave it for 3-5 minutes and then rinse and then apply conditioner.
