Yes, hair loss and the threat of going bald really can be that scary when you see an ever increasing amount of hair falling from your head. Especially, when it is happening to women, which is becoming more and more prevalent these days.
Probably due to the fast, ever stressful lives' that we all now lead. So, what are the reasons for hair loss in both men and women, and can anything be done to slow down or stop hair loss and is there a cure for baldness?
The reasons for hair loss can be many and varied and also be a combination of many factors of which I will go into more detail later.
Curable?... Yes Certainly, but I believe prevention is much better and easier than cure, as a cure can take some time, up to a year and possibly beyond, depending on the initial cause of the hair loss.
So the moment that you become aware that you are experiencing excessive Hair Loss, you need to act immediately, without panicking or worrying, that will only make things worse!
So, who am I? And what is my knowledge surrounding Hair Loss.
My name is Tony, I am a 47 year old male, with an ample covering of now Gray Hair, although receding slightly at the Temples.
But I firmly believe that I should, by now, have a sizable bald spot on the top of my head, as my Dad did by the time he was 30 and my younger brother has now.
My brother and I are the image of our Father in every way, so it makes sense that I should have followed them both with the baldness.
BUT.!
No way was I going Bald My hair started to recede when I was 20, the alarm bells started to ring in my head and I had the... HELP! I'M LOSING MY HAIR! Feeling.
So what did I do? First, I panicked and paid a fortune going to hair clinics and spending hundreds on- "Miracle Baldness Cures". It took me quite a few years and research to work out that there was no need to spend a fortune on prevention or cure.
I found that all I needed was a herbal shampoo and conditioner which can stimulate hair follicles, I wash my hair every day with one of these shampoos.... .This is important!..... As you don't want days and days of sweat and grease blocking your hair follicles and suffocating them, it is also important, once or twice a day to massage the scalp, only for five minutes or so at a time, and again using a hair growth stimulant.
Also follow a healthy diet and If you smoke then STOP!
It constricts the blood vessels and is detrimental to Hair health.
Believe me,I know how hard it is to stop smoking.
It took me a lot of willpower to eventually kick the habit. But I am so glad now that i managed it.
