If you must shampoo, avoid shampoos that contain SLSs, detergents that are particularly abrasive.

When you are looking to make sure that you are not going to need to worry about hair loss, also remember that heat is bad for your hair. Stop using hairdryers and let your hair air dry; it is going to be much better for you!
